The Human Resources department at Bishop Barham University College aims to accomplish the University mission and goals by building and fostering high-end professional working environment with the highest level of Human Resource services and customer satisfaction. In addition to the core HR services, the department serves as a crucial bridge between our employees and Bishop Barham University College Management.
Our HR Team is committed to providing prompt, courteous and quality customer services to our employees and students. Our goal is to continually look for new and innovative ways to improve our processes and service delivery
In collaboration with a team of professionals the department is dedicated to providing service that add value to BBUC commitment to its Staff and Mission to develop and sustain its diverse community of talents. It strives to provide high quality HR service.
We are available to assist in the areas of Employment, Employee Relations; Staff Training and Development; Worker’s Compensation; Benefits and Compensation, and the Human Resources Information System.Our goal is to provide extraordinary service in a professional manner. We believe that “to whom much is given, much is required;” and we accept the challenge.
A perfect employee is not the one who comes early and leaves late. It is someone who dedicates themselves to their work wholeheartedly.
